REGISTRATION STATUS:

We are accepting NEW registrations for the 2024-25 school year.

Existing/current families, our Annual Update process started on August 1, 2024. Please use your Infinite Campus Parent Portal to verify that all of your information is correct.

The School District of Somerset uses Online Registration through Infinite Campus! Please review the information below for details on how to register and enroll in our district!

Before you begin, please be prepared to provide information about the following:

• Household -- physical address and phone numbers

• Parent/Guardians -- work and cell phone numbers, email addresses

• Students -- demographics; health (medications, doctor, clinic, hospital); previous school

• Other household children -- demographics for census purposes

• Emergency Contacts -- names, phone numbers

The following documentation can be uploaded, brought to the Somerset District Office, or emailed to enrollnow@somerset.k12.wi.us

• Proof of Residency: lease agreement, mortgage statement, utility bill (water, electric, gas, or sewer)

• Proof of Age: birth certificate, physician statement on clinic letterhead showing DOB and legal name (first/middle/last), adoption record, affidavit, previously-verified school records. (An after-visit summary from a doctor visit is not sufficient as a physician statement.)

• Immunization records

Note: Required fields are marked with a red asterisk, and the district will receive the data exactly as it is entered. Please be careful of spelling, capitalization and punctuation. Dates should be entered as MM/DD/YYYY and phone numbers as xxx-xxx-xxxx.

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Online Registration is not supported on cellphones/smartphones.  It is intended to be completed on a computer.

• Pop-ups: When you see your confirmation number and click Confirm, the new window may pop up behind the active browser window. You may need to close the active browser window to find the new window. Do not start another new registration.
