Listening Sessions are 30 minutes prior to Regular Session Meeting (second meeting of the month)

1 to 3 Board Members will be available to Spartan families, community members, and employees who will be asked to sign in

These sessions are designed for constituents to discuss school-related issues in a “one-on-one” format (Board Members may choose to create larger groups)

Listening Sessions will not be streamed, providing the opportunity for an off-line time to speak

Board members will report out during the Regular Session Board Meeting, enabling an official record of topics to be kept in the Regular Session Board Meeting Minutes

Board Members that will be present at the Listening Session will be listed in the heading of the agenda.
