The registration schedule contract is an agreement between the family and Spartan Kids Club that implies a payment agreement for child care services as well as a schedule of attendance for the child receiving care.

Payment is required for all days a child is scheduled to attend Spartan Kids Club regardless if child attends or not.

Two-Week Notice Required

Spartan Kids Club allows one schedule contract change within a 30-day period for long-term changes to a child’s schedule. Schedule contract changes may not be submitted for contracted days not attended. 

If adjustments to a child’s schedule contract are needed for a long-term schedule change, the online Schedule Contract Change Form must be completed and submitted to the Spartan Kids Club Director a minimum of TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE.

Less than a Two-Week Notice

Schedule contract changes requested with less than a two-week notice will only be honored if space allows. Accounts will be charged for original contracted days plus any additional days attending for the next two weeks.

Spartan Kids Club will allow drop-in days to be added to a child’s schedule contract as space allows, but does not allow switching days.  

To withdraw from Spartan Kids Club, a Schedule Contract Change Form must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the effective date. Without proper  notice, parents will be required to pay two weeks of child care fees, regardless of attendance.

Returning to Program

Returning to Spartan Kids Club after withdrawal requires re-submission of new registration forms and a non-refundable registration fee.
