Payment Methods
Online Payment
Online payments through Infinite Campus Parent Portal are preferred and strongly encouraged; there is no fee for this service.
Please let the Spartan Kids Club Director know if you need assistance activating your Infinite Campus Parent Portal access.
Check or Cash
Check and cash payments are accepted. Please pay a Spartan Kids Club staff member directly (a receipt will be issued at the time of payment).

Financial Assistance
Families receiving child care assistance must provide written verification from the financial agency prior to registration in the program.

Written verification is not a guarantee of payment; families are ultimately responsible for account balances.
Account Credits
Child Care Fees for contracted days, scheduled drop-in days and/or signed up non-school days are due whether or not a child is in attendance.
Credit WILL NOT be given when a child is absent, arrives late or is picked up early.
Account credit WILL ONLY be given for:
Program Closures due to: observed holidays, teacher inservice days, inclement weather, emergencies, or unforseen circumstances.
Long-term illness that extends beyond one week. Medical documentation may be required for verification purposes.
